The Old Hidden Vale MTB Park boasts more than 50 kilometres of purpose built single track. The park project is an ongoing project and features two skill areas to test riders.

Riders are welcome to visit the park and are required to purchase a day pass. The MTB carpark is the Billabong off Hogan Road, the first right turn before Spicers Hidden Vale Retreat on Mt Mort Road. Upon arrival, riders must sign in at reception and sign out on departure. No dogs are allowed.

Tailwind Promotions schedules regular open days along with bike demo rides for several bicycle distributors and retailers. These events offer riders the opporunity to ride awesome new bikes on awesome tracks.

At the end of June 09, Alex and I were fortunate enough to discover the Old Hidden Vale MTB trails and had an absolute blast. By chance we met Hayden at the gate, who eagerly greeted us and explained the layout of the trails. Hayden is responsible for maintaining and building the trails - he does a fantastic job. One day just wasn't enough as we zoomed around the clearly marked trails, making our selection based on difficulty and direction. The trail map available is accurate and invaluable for finding your way around - yes it is possible to get lost in this vast MTB playgound! The purpose built skills area gave us lots of challenges as Alex was determined to master the see saws, the rock garden, the swing bridge and the narrow logs - hours of fun. The Old Hidden Vale trails were some of the best that we rode during our holiday and we would definitely return again and again to ride the endless fast flowing sweet single tracks.
Hope we can get up that way for an event one day.
Thanks again,
Helen and Alex (Sydney)
